Violence prevention and de-escalation training for workplaces, schools and public-facing teams. We teach people to notice danger early, set boundaries, de-escalate conflict and activate bystanders. Physical defense only as a last resort.

For decades, self-defense was built for one person: the strong guy who can fight back. Everyone else was quietly left out. Women, children, seniors, people with a disability, anyone outside the mold. As if they had less right to be safe.
We don't accept that. Everyone has the right to defend themselves against violence, and you don't need physical strength to do it. Because violence doesn't start with a punch. It starts long before, at the moment someone decides they can get away with a little.
And contrary to what most people picture, the danger usually isn't a stranger in an alley. Around 80% of attacks are committed by someone the victim already knows. That's exactly where old-school self-defense looks the wrong way.
So we start where it actually begins. We teach the information, tactics and strategies that stop a situation before it ever turns physical, including the freeze response that traditional courses ignore. Physical defense matters too, and we teach it. But it comes last, not first, and only the simple tools anyone can learn in a single lesson. Nothing complicated. Nothing you need to be an athlete to use.
Most self-defense rests on one founder's fighting style or decades of gym tradition. Ours is a prevention-based self-defense method that rests on evidence: criminology, forensic psychology, and the study of how violence actually works. Its dynamics, and the way offenders think and choose. We build on research and data, not assumptions.
How violence really begins, escalates, and where it can be stopped. Most of it is over before a hand is ever raised. Physical defense is taught only as a last resort.
Reading the early signals, setting boundaries and de-escalating conflict, without guilt and without apology. Done early, it defuses up to 90% of verbal conflicts.
No pressure, no humiliation, nothing forced on anyone. We build a space where everyone moves at their own speed. And that's exactly why it works.
Any age, any fitness level, any body. More than 30,000 graduates prove safety was never about being the strongest person in the room.
He brings the data: how violence forms, how it spreads, and the exact stages where it can be stopped. The method's backbone is research, not anecdote. Pavel leads our international work and delivers talks and trainings in English.
A survivor of violence herself, she brings what no textbook can: the lived reality of how it feels, and how you come back from it. She gives the method its voice.
Every format — even a single talk — does three things: delivers the data, breaks the myths, and sends people home with concrete tools they can use the same day.
